INTRODUCTION and COMPANY BRIEF
İlkem Engineering Electricity Generation Machine Construction Project Tourism Industry and Commerce Inc.Co. was established as a family company in 2002 in Ankara by Senior Electrical Engineer Mustafa MENDİLCİOĞLU, who’s retired Deputy Undersecretary from Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. After their graduation his two sons, Mechanical Engineer İlkem MENDİLCİOĞLU and Civil Engineer Kıvanç Gökhan MENDİLCİOĞLU join the company.
İlkem Engineering offered the experience they have acquired in practise for years in developing Hydro Electric Power Plant (HEPP) Projects and preparing Feasibility Reports until 2010. And now partners of İlkem Engineering has a partnership of three active Hydro Electric Power Plants.
- Erenler HEPP in Artvin: 46 MW,
- Posof HEPP in Ardahan: 11 MW
- Karaköy HEPP in Ankara: 4 MW
From 2010 to 2022, İlkem Engineering focused on all kind of infrastructure and superstructure of power distribution and electrical network installation work. Until today the company has achieved important successes with the gained knowledge, experience and increasing work potential with regard to thechnical staff. Company’s principles are honesty and reliability. Through the specialized staff, and strong financial structure, the company has achieved a prestigious place in aegean region of the country, on its working subject. İlkem Engineering develop a 1,20 MWpower capacity solar power plant in Denizli and 4 solar power plants (2x1,20 MWpower) + (2x0,94 MWpower) in İzmir in 2022. So, totally 5,48MWpower capacity of solar power plant is in the project phase and company is planing to built them-up until the end of 2023.
Besides these working subjects, İlkem Engineering has a construction waste dump site and screening plant currently in operation in Muğla-Bodrum since the beginning of 2022.
The target of the company is to build-up totaly 40 MWpower capacity of solar power plant from 2023 till the end of 2025. Studying on car charging stations and electricity storage technologies are also among the company’s plans.
The Company has provided its modern institutional values with ISO 9001 Quality Managment System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Managment System and OHSAS18001 certificates.
