İlkem Engineering Electricity Generation Machine Construction Project Tourism Industry and Commerce Inc.Co. was established as a family company in 2002 in Ankara by Senior Electrical Engineer Mustafa MENDİLCİOĞLU, who’s retired Deputy Undersecretary from Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. After their graduation his two sons, Civil Engineer Kıvanç Gökhan MENDİLCİOĞLU and Mechanical Engineer İlkem MENDİLCİOĞLU join the company.
